Ralph, the owner, is a crook. We were billed $900 to winch our Semi out of a snow bank, then when I had to call a family member for help with the bill as our bank was in maintenance mode over the holidays, Ralph had the audacity to charge my relative an extra $250 for a total of $1150 because, I quote "we had to wait an hour for payment". In all fairness, my relative received a $250 refund next day for over-payment AFTER I threatened to report Hanser's for consumer fraud considering I have the original bill for $900. In short, I won't be doing business again with an owner who thinks it's OK to rip people off AND who engages in price gouging.
